OUR COMPANY PROFILE

Cookertech have been providing quality service since the founder member began applying his trade in 1980. Gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience from his apprenticeship within a company known as Sefcol Engineers. Whilst working within the Domestic Appliance service sector for the Zanussi Group he became fully conversant with all named brands of Domestic appliances before forming his first company called TDL back in 1992 and from that moment has gone from strength to strength culminating in the formation of Cookertech.

From that time he has turned Cookertech into a business giving quality affordable service backed by years of experience and driven with a passion for providing the kind of service he would want to recieve himself from like minded companies.

 

Company image starts with the presentation of our staff and from the moment you open the door to our service engineer you will be greeted with a polite respectful person wearing our company logo not only to enhance our company image but also to reassurance you that the person you are opening your door to is a representative of Cookertech.

 

Fundermental to our success is the experience and qualifications gained over the years which is a continuing process as regulations are constantly being updated. By giving our staff the training gives them the confidence and the tools to carry out their work safely and in turn this competence is filtered through our customers reassurance. 

 

Another plus to our service is the use of quality replacement spare parts, we only invest in quality components because at the end of the day we give a 12 months parts guarantee on every spare part we fit so the last thing we need is the failure of these components causing added work for our staff and dissapointment to our customers, in most cases we fit genuine replacement parts to ensure reliability.
